The F-55A current probe can be used from 1 kHz to 500 MHz and has a typical transfer impedance of 0.1W (± 3 dB) from 100 kHz to 500 MHz. It can operate without saturation from 100 amps pulse current and 10 amps CW. The F-55A can be used to measure pulse transients with risetimes of 800 picoseconds and pulse width of 3 microseconds.
