The F-65 current probe can be used from 100 kHz to 1000 MHz and has a typical transfer impedance of 1W ( ± 3 dB) from 1 MHz to 1000 MHz. It can operate without saturation from 100 amps of pulse current and 3 amps CW. With its flat broadpass, the F-65 is ideally suited to measure transients with risetimes of 200 picoseconds and pulse widths of 35 nanoseconds.
