Custom Communications, Inc. has used over 25 years of experience in designing
and fabricating a stripline that meets and exceeds the requirements of
95/54/EC. The FCC-STRPL-800mm is composed of two flat conducting surfaces,
essentially an open wave-guide. The EUT and wiring harness is placed easily
between the active
conductor
and the ground plane. The disturbance signals launched on the active conductor
develop uniform electric and magnetic fields between the active conductor
and the ground plane.
The
FCC Stripline offers important advantages over other stripline designs
available on the market. The standard 800mm has a maximum frequency of
150 MHz. FCC has equipped the FCC-STRPL-800mm with important "impedance
matching" modifications that extend the operational bandwidth to
1000 MHz.
